The Neighbourhood of Friends Family Resource Centre Inc. operates with the direction of a volunteer Board of Directors.

In order to provide consistency in the operation of the Centre and its satellite sites, policies and procedures have been developed by the Board to cover most eventualities. These policies & procedures are reviewed and updated on a regular basis.
