Louise Newell - Executive Director
Louise has many years of experience, both working and volunteering, with groups at the community level. She has worked as the Executive Director of the FRC and the previous Literacy Centre since 2004. With a strong sense of community and family, Louise likes to dedicate time to the three organizations she volunteers with and spend time with her husband, Felix, and their dogs, Yuki and Remi at their home in Charleston.                              



Cassandra Guy - Program Facilitator
Cassandra grew up in the small community of Plate Cove West, and now lives in Clarenville with her boyfriend, Tadd and their three cats. She has been working with children since she was 11 years old and has been with us since October 2015. She has recently achieved ECE Level 1. She enjoys volunteering in and around her community whenever the opportunity arises, camping and travelling with her boyfriend, coaching and reading.
